The volunteer community at Cystic Fibrosis Canada has made contributions that have changed the narrative surrounding cystic fibrosis (CF), and what a compelling, uplifting, and inspirational narrative it is. They gave of their time and energy so that we could advance the research and treatment that has more than quadrupled the life expectancy for a Canadian born with cystic fibrosis and elevated CF to the fore of national and local discussions. We can achieve our goal of a day when no person or family will be afflicted by this disease by volunteers giving freely of their time and energy to support the crucial work we perform.
